The following guidelines should be used when planning talks
and poster presentations:
- A total of 20 min will be allotted to each technical paper, including questions. Speakers should plan on a 15 min talk, leaving 5 min for questions.
- A laptop with PowerPoint 2003 and projector will be present in each room. Any other presentation hardware/software must be requested in advance.
- Speakers should give thier media (CD, USB) to the session moderator BEFORE the start of their session to keep things running smooth.
- Posters will fit onto a 4'x6’ board
to be provided.
- Posters should be mounted at or before lunch time.
Submissions that best fit the conference theme and its suggested
topics will be given priority.
