The following guidelines should be used when planning talks and poster presentations:

• Speakers should plan on a 15 min talk, leaving 5 min for questions.
• A laptop with PowerPoint 2003 and projector will be present in each room.  Any other presentation hardware/software must be requested in advance.
• Speakers should give thier media (CD, USB) to the session moderator BEFORE the start of their session to keep things running smooth.

• Posters will fit onto a 4'x6’ board to be provided.
• Posterboards will be available for mounting starting at 8 AM.
